Are all products in the JK box non-toxic & natural?
Every product is thoughtfully reviewed before being included in a Just Kuz box. We prioritise formulations that align with our ingredient standards, transparent sourcing, and brands that demonstrate genuine care for quality and responsibility. Our branding is first to align with products that focus on ensuring non-toxic and natural ingredients.
Because safety is influenced by concentration, formulation, and changing research, “100% non-toxic” is not a simple or fixed claim. Instead, we carefully select vendors who align with our safety, sustainability, and compliance standards and who continue to evolve alongside emerging science. We aim to work with vendors who meet our safety, sustainability, and regulatory expectations, and who are committed to continuous improvement.
If it’s not something we feel confident using ourselves, it doesn’t make the cut.
What is the Just.Kuz Points Program?
As a member, you can earn reward points by rating your boxes and products.
Here’s how it works:
- After your box has been shipped, you can log into your account and rate the box and its products.
- Each completed box rating earns you 10 points.
- Once you reach 120 points, you receive a free subscription box.
Your free box will match the subscription tier you have most frequently subscribed to during the year.
For example:
- If you subscribed mainly to the Essential Box, your reward will be an Essential Box.
- If you switched between plans, the reward will be based on the box you received most often.
Points must be redeemed within one calendar year.
Unused points will automatically expire after 12 months.
